Booking terms

The short version.

  1. Your booking is for a body composition scan at the venue and time shown. Please arrive five minutes early.
  2. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund or a new time. Inside 24 hours or for no-shows, we will offer the next available session where we reasonably can. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  3. A scan is a body composition education service. It is not a medical assessment and does not diagnose, treat, or predict any health condition.
  4. The InBody 970 is not suitable for people with implanted electronic medical devices such as pacemakers, or for pregnant women. By booking you confirm neither applies to you.
  5. Your details and scan results are handled under our privacy policy and are not shared with the host venue without your authorisation.
